Why does god allow some to live their dreams and not others?

How does god choose which people get to live their dreams. It can’t be the ones who try the hardest, because a lot of people try their best and fail. Also some of us are sick, disabled or die young and never get the chance.

GoD, does’nt exist, life is hard take a look at the universe and you will see the harsh nature of it which reflects society on earth.

Bad happens to the just and unjust. We cant understand God’s thinking. In the end, you end up where you are supposed to be anyway….what is 60 or 70 years compared to an eternity

if we live our dreams its because we did it and worked toward it..

people who do not live their dreams give up and fail.

God does not purposely cause people to fail.

People have free will so people of their own back either do something with their life or nothing with it. God has not set us out to either succeed or to fail in life he has given us free will to do that ourselves. Though he is there for us when we need his help and he can help us out he has not set in stone our fate as if he did then all would be saved.

Maybe he chooses by drawing names out of a hat like some random bowling team who’s just come off of a bitter loss against their cross town rivals, ‘the Shafts.’ Who’s hat it is, what’s on those papers, or why they draw them is anyone’s guess.

I’ve thought about that as well but have never come up with a significant answer. Many people will tell you it’s ‘because he loves you and wants you to be free.’ If that was the case, I’m sure this character would have given you a choice of whether you wanted to be born or not in a world where the rich and powerful few will do anything for profit and treat the majority like garbage/animals.
